Dr. Balbir Singh is Group Chairman, Cardiac Sciences and Chief of Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi. He was awarded the Padma Shri in 2007. His hospital profile also lists the Best Operator award at India Live, the Golden Hand Award at AICT Singapore 2012, and Best Late-Breaking Trial at APHRS.
