Dr. Rohit Nayyar is Director of Surgical Oncology at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, with more than 27 years in the speciality. His core areas as Max publishes them are head and neck cancer — including complex and recurrent disease, skull base surgery, LASER surgery, transoral robotic surgery and robotic surgery — alongside breast, gynaecological, gastrointestinal, thoracic and oesophageal cancer, with an emphasis on organ-conservative surgery.

He trained at cancer institutes in India and abroad, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and in Europe and the UK. He also consults at Max Hospital Gurgaon and Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, Saket.
